This paper not only analyzes the technical performance of small refrigeration compressor from the aspects of high efficiency, energy saving, noise and vibration, and refrigerant, but also analyzes the main characteristics of new and special small compressors in recent years, which lays a technical foundation for us to master the future development trend of small refrigeration compressor.

Research on high efficiency and energy saving of 1 compressor
Compressor is the core energy consumption component of refrigeration system. The most direct and effective way to improve the efficiency of refrigeration system is to improve the efficiency of compressor, which will bring significant reduction of energy consumption. At the same time, it can avoid the material consumption increase caused by only taking measures in the system (such as blindly increasing the heat exchanger area, etc.). In recent years, with the increasingly serious situation of energy shortage in the world, various countries pay more and more attention to energy conservation, and put forward higher and higher requirements for the efficiency of energy consuming products. Due to various losses such as friction, leakage, harmful heat transfer, motor loss, flow resistance, noise and vibration, the actual efficiency of the compressor is far lower than the theoretical efficiency. Therefore, in theory, any measure that can reduce any loss can improve the efficiency of the compressor. This has led to a wide range of researches on compressor.
At present, the energy-saving research work of compressor in the world mainly focuses on several aspects: studying the lubrication characteristics and the friction characteristics of the compressor bearing to reduce the friction power consumption and improve the efficiency of the compressor; reducing the leakage loss to improve the efficiency of the compressor; adopting frequency conversion or variable capacity technology to achieve energy saving through the best matching of the output of the refrigeration system and the user's load In particular, the frequency conversion technology has been relatively mature and well-known, so we will not repeat it here; the research of gas valve is an ancient subject, but also an eternal topic, the research on improving the design of gas valve to improve the efficiency of compressor will never end, and there will always be harvest. There are many researches in this field, including valve material, motion law, structure optimization, applicable theory and test method. In a word, the research on energy saving of compressor has become a hot issue in refrigeration industry in recent years. Limited to space, this paper does not make a specific topic discussion here.
In recent years, the domestic refrigeration compressor industry has also given great attention to the energy-saving research of products. The refrigerator compressor industry has made great progress. With the promotion and support of the China energy saving refrigerator project of UNDP / GEF, both the understanding of energy-saving products and the performance of refrigerator compressor have made a qualitative leap. At present, the highest energy efficiency of refrigerator compressor products of domestic enterprises has reached about 1.95. Domestic refrigerator compressor enterprises have taken a lot of technical measures, such as high-efficiency motor and even synchronous motor, concave valve, plane thrust bearing, low viscosity lubricating oil, new suction muffler, reducing friction loss and so on. The main problem lies in the lack of free technology in domestic enterprises, and the technological route adopted is mainly imitation. Most enterprises have no consciousness and interest in establishing their own technological foundation, which restricts the technological development ability of enterprises.
Compared with the refrigerator compressor industry, the energy-saving research of domestic air-conditioning compressor is still quiet, the efficiency of the compressor has not changed qualitatively for many years. The large market demand makes most of the air-conditioning compressor enterprises focus on expanding production capacity. With the further improvement of the energy efficiency requirements of air conditioners and the gradual appearance of various hidden dangers in the export of air conditioners in China, the shortsightedness of domestic air-conditioning compressor enterprises will not be able to meet the requirements of the development of energy-saving situation, and make the follow-up development of enterprises weak.
